Auctions Wayside Compartments has a Self Storage Operator's Lien on the contents of the storage compartments and Massachusetts Law grants us the right to sell the contents at a public sale to recover our losses due to nonpayment of rent. We schedule auctions monthly. The auctions are conducted by licensed, self-storage auction specialists, Storage Auction Solutions. To join the auction mailing list click here. On the day of the auction the compartment's lock is cut and the entire contents are put up for public bidding. The high bidder is required to remove the entire contents immediately or leave a $50.00 deposit until the unit is completely vacated within 48 hours. Below are listed our scheduled auction dates and times. We will update the CURRENT NUMBER OF UNITS as we near the auction date.
