Delinquency Information

Month 1: Per Lease Agreement, rent payments are due in advance on the 1st of the month. If rent for the current calendar month is not received by the 5th of the month your account will enter into default. A FIRST DEFAULT NOTICE will be sent on the 6th of the current month and a $5.00 process charge will be added with the rent to your Total Balance Due.

Month 1: If payment of the Total Balance Due is not received by the 20th of the current month a SECOND DEFAULT NOTICE will be sent on the 21st of the current month and a $5.00 process charge will be added to your Total Balance Due.

Month 2: If payment of Total Balance Due plus rent for the second calendar month has not been received by the 5th of the second month a FIRST PENDING SALE NOTICE will be sent on the 6th of the second month and a $5.00 process charge will be added to your Total Balance Due.

Month 2: If payment of the Total Balance Due has not been received by the 20th of the second month a CERTIFIED PENDING SALE NOTICE will be sent on the 21st of the second month and a $10.00 process charge will be added to your Total Balance Due. The CERTIFIED PENDING SALE NOTICE demands payment in full by the 21st of the third month.

Month 3: If payment of the Total Balance Due plus rent for the third calendar month has not been received by 21st of the third month a FINAL PENDING SALE NOTICE will be sent on the 22nd of the third month and a $5.00 process charge will be added to your Total Balance Due. In addition, a PUBLIC NOTICE will be placed on the Storage Auction Solutions web site for which a $10.00 charge will be added to your Total Balance Due. The PUBLIC NOTICE will announce the sale of the contents of your compartment on a certain date no sooner than two weeks from the first publication.

Month 4: If all accumulated charges are not paid in full prior to the AUCTION date and time your contents will be sold. The sale will take place on the premises of Wayside Compartments, Inc. Following the sale any balance still owed, including auction fees, will be given to a credit agency for collection.
