These compartments are being entered for the purpose of selling the contents to relieve Wayside Compartments, Inc. of loss due to non-payment of rent. The sale will take place at WAYSIDE COMPARTMENTS, INC. One Wesley Street, Malden, MA 02148 on the 18th day of April 2024 at 10:00 AM

Auctions at Wayside Compartments

Wayside Compartments has a self storage operator's lien on the contents of storage compartments and Massachusetts state law gives us the right to sell the contents of any deliquent unit at a public sale in an attempt to recoup losses due to nonpayment of rent.

What to Expect at the Auction

On the day of the auction the compartment's lock will be cut off and the entire contents will be placed up for public bidding. The highest bidder will be required to remove the entire contents immediately or leave a $100.00 deposit until the unit is vacated within 48 hours.

Auctions are held on select Thursdays at 10:00 AM. See the schedule on the left for upcoming auction dates.
